Chris Anibarro has over 20 years helping growing organizations build high-growth systems. It all started in the early 2000's when he led the start-up and growth of an alternative school that earned national recognition for its outcomes. He was invited to join a national fellowship of educational leaders where he first began teaching about systems and culture-building. Chris visited countless schools and educational programs teaching them how to implement systems to achieve better outcomes and grow their size.
Chris took his knowledge of system-building and shifted into healthcare where he successfully led efforts to build a Lean culture of continuous improvement & innovation at Seattle Children's Hospital. He was on faculty and helped build Children's Lean Leadership curriculum, which developed leadership's ability to design and implement systems to grow their business and their people. In the time he was there, the hospital doubled in size and launched many new business lines. Chris provided coaching to over half of the executive leaders and was tapped to design the strategy for growing Lean continuous improvement systems within their business units.
Chris founded Impact and developed the FOCUS Business Operating System with the sole focus of growing leaders that grow organizations. He cares deeply about leaders who have a calling and organizations that grow from a clear purpose. He has been responsible for growing organizations he has led, coaching others to grow theirs, and has been mentored along the way by former strategists from Toyota, Apple and GE.
Chris is the host of the Thought Revolution podcast, the Culture Ability podcast, and is a contributor to Forbes Magazine. In his spare time, Chris enjoys running, skiing, hiking and soaking up family time.
